About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding Kodiak Hub’s footprint across the EMEA markets. You’ll take ownership of identifying, engaging, and converting target companies into long-term customers, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value. This role demands a blend of curiosity, courage, and collaboration to achieve shared goals.
What You’ll Do
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline using modern tools and CRM systems.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver impactful sales presentations, engaging stakeholders from operational managers to the C-suite.
- Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets, driving Kodiak Hub’s aggressive growth ambitions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Market Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
- Qualification & Frameworks: Qualify leads using BANT and MEDDICC frameworks to focus on high-impact opportunities.
- Solution Selling: Articulate how our SaaS platform solves customer pain points and demonstrates measurable ROI.

Adaptability: Embrace challenges with a growth mindset, navigating complex sales cycles and changing market conditions.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with significant exposure to Enterprise Sales.
- Familiarity with the UK and/or German market is highly valued.
- Familiarity with procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management is a bonus but not required.
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency with sales enablement tools, CRMs, and SaaS technologies. Experience with HubSpot, Zoominfo, LaGrowthMachine, and DealHub is a plus.

- Professional or bi-lingual English proficiency required. Additional European languages (German, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, French) are valued.
