As an SDR targeting the UK region, you’ll play a key role in expanding our impact and helping businesses unlock the value in their supply chains. This role is for someone operationally strong, business-savvy, and eager to combine creative sales approaches with strategic thinking.

About the Role
This is more than just sales – it’s about creating meaningful connections and driving growth in the UK market. As an SDR, you will identify companies where Kodiak Hub can deliver value, inspire them to join us, and build a pipeline of opportunities for our Account Executives (AEs). You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams, combining creativity and goal-oriented execution to make an impact.
What You’ll Do
- Identify target prospects and perform effective TOF sales activities.
- Run discovery calls with sales leads to qualify opportunities.
- Collaborate with UK-based Account Executives to convert opportunities into success stories.
- Support marketing initiatives to drive pipeline growth.
- Work in a collaborative, ambitious, and kind environment where entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity thrive.
What We’re Looking For
- A proven relationship builder with a passion for connecting with others.
- Experience prospecting and supporting AEs with qualified sales opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills with a drive for achieving goals, not just activity.
- Ability to use CRM and prospecting tools (HubSpot & ZoomInfo preferred).
- A Bachelor’s degree and documented success in entrepreneurial sales or similar roles.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Bonus: Professional command of the German language, both written and spoken.
