About the Role
This is not just an SDR role—it’s a chance to drive enterprise engagement and shape Kodiak Hub’s growth in the US market.
As an SDR, you will identify and connect with enterprise procurement and supply chain leaders, ensuring they understand the value Kodiak Hub can bring to their organizations. You’ll work closely with Account Executives (AEs) to build a high-quality pipeline of opportunities, leveraging both high-volume outreach and strategic account targeting.
💡 Enterprise-Specific Focus: We’re looking for someone who can balance high-volume outbound prospecting with a strategic, account-based approach, engaging multiple stakeholders in complex procurement and supply chain organizations.
What You’ll Do
Identify & Engage Enterprise Prospects – Research and connect with key decision-makers in procurement & supply chain at large US-based organizations.
Drive Top-of-Funnel Sales Activities – Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events to generate high-value opportunities.
Run Discovery Calls – Qualify prospects, understand their pain points, and align Kodiak Hub’s solutions with their needs.
Collaborate with US-Based AEs – Work closely with Account Executives to convert qualified leads into closed deals.
Support Strategic Marketing Initiatives – Leverage data insights, campaigns, and events to drive engagement with enterprise prospects.
What We’re Looking For
A proven relationship builder with a passion for connecting with senior decision-makers and driving enterprise-level engagement.
Experience prospecting and supporting AEs with qualified sales opportunities, particularly within enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making.
Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset, with a focus on pipeline generation and strategic account targeting, not just activity volume.
Ability to navigate complex sales processes and leverage CRM and prospecting tools (HubSpot & ZoomInfo preferred) to build, track, and manage enterprise opportunities.
A Bachelor’s degree and documented success in entrepreneurial, enterprise, or complex solution sales, with a track record of engaging C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
