About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in Kodiak Hub’s expansion into the U.S. market. You will own the full sales cycle, from identifying and engaging target companies to closing strategic deals. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive growth and build strong, long-term customer relationships.
This role demands a blend of curiosity, resilience, and collaboration to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and deliver real value to customers.
What You’ll Do
- Drive New Business in the U.S.: Identify and engage enterprise accounts, focusing on procurement, supply chain, and sustainability teams.
- Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Own everything from prospecting to closing large enterprise deals, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Solution Selling: Clearly articulate how Kodiak Hub’s SaaS platform solves critical supplier management challenges and delivers measurable ROI.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine messaging and ensure customer success.
- Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain a strong pipeline, leveraging CRM tools to track progress and drive predictable revenue growth.
- Market Insights: Stay on top of industry trends and customer needs to continuously refine our approach.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals.
- Experience selling into procurement, supply chain, or sustainability teams is a plus but not required.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, including BANT and MEDDICC frameworks.
- Proficiency with sales enablement tools and CRMs (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LaGrowthMachine, DealHub are a plus).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A self-starter mindset—you thrive in fast-growing environments and are excited to build something new in the U.S. market.
- Fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus but not required.
