About the role
As an enterprise account executive, you will be responsible for engaging and converting enterprise customers in the DACH market. You will work closely with our SDR team to develop and manage a strong pipeline, guiding prospects through the sales process and closing high-value deals.
This role requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a results-driven approach. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure that customers see the full value of our platform.
What you’ll do
- Drive Growth in the DACH Market by engaging and converting enterprise customers in procurement, supply chain, and sustainability.
- Work With SDRs to develop and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Deliver Impactful Sales Presentations and engage decision-makers at all levels, from operational managers to the C-suite.
- Collaborate With Customer Success, Product, and Marketing Teams to refine messaging and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain Accurate Forecasts and Pipeline Insights using CRM tools.
- Qualify Leads Using Sales Frameworks Like BANT and MEDDICC to focus on high-impact opportunities.
- Stay Ahead of Market Trends by conducting research and understanding industry shifts in the DACH region.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ Years of Experience in B2B SaaS Sales, with a focus on enterprise customers.
- Proven Track Record of Closing Complex, High-Value Deals.
- Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Sustainability is a plus but not required.
- Strong Knowledge of the German Market and Enterprise Sales Strategies.
- Fluency in German and English, Both Written and Spoken.
- Proficiency With Sales Enablement Tools and CRMs, such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LaGrowthMachine, and DealHub.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Self-Starter Mindset with a proactive approach to driving growth in an evolving market.
